Through these practices, I've discovered building a resilient nature or that “default” that causes less stress for me along with a deeper connection to myself and the world around me. I am a dedicated meditation teacher, student, and mentor with over 15 years of experience in the practice. I hold a Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher certification through the McLean Institute and MMI Mindful Trainer.
I have a deep passion for mindfulness and inner peace, I have guided countless individuals on their journey to self-discovery and tranquility. As a lifelong learner and practitioner, I combine traditional techniques with modern insights to create a holistic and accessible approach to meditation.
